Returns Policy

Your right to terminate this agreement ends seven days from the date we deliver the goods to you. If the goods have already been delivered you may return them within 28 days of receipt at your own expense.

 Please contact us immediately if you wish to terminate this agreement.

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us via email at info@baby-pages.co.uk, please ensure you quote ALL your order details including,

Customer Name,

Order Number

Date of the order.

Please be kind enough to inspect your order upon receipt and inform us of any issues as we cannot rectify after 28 days.

Once an order has been processed if you wish to cancel this there will be a 10% administration fee.

Should you decide to return any product it must be unused, in original packaging with manufacturers tags still attached, we cannot accept items back where tags have been removed.

We can arrange collection of larger unwanted items, the standard collection fee is £15.00,  we must have at least 24 hours notice to arrange a collection with the courier, they collect between 9am and 6pm, timed collections are not available. We do endeavour to ensure that our couriers give you a good service, if they should fail to collect on the specific day please phone us on 01760 721000/723178 or email us at info@baby-pages.co.uk in order for us to re book your collection.

Please be advised that should you return a product not via our collection service it remains your responsibility until signed for by us.

If you refuse delivery of your order because you wish to cancel but have failed to inform us you will be charged our normal collection fee of £15.00. Larger items will be based on a sliding scale.
